Like exactly what we done for the BlueStar De-Icer campaign, we written out a brief to help us give a better understanding of what we need to focus on.
{Background}
Alight is a build up festival for the Olympics. It is part of Music Nation which is representing the area of Yorkshire. The event will be held on the 3rd March 2012 and involves three themed events. Daylight, Twilight and Into the Night.
{What we want to achieve}
The client wants the target audiences to know about the event. It's also a participation event in which people attend. The event had also got to look desirable and something you'd want to attend.
{Target Audience}
The audiences vary from each of the three themed events;
Daylight - General Public the target audience.
Twilight - The target audience would consist of friends and families of the performers as well as Adults who are interested in traditional music.
Into the Night - Students, family and friends of the performers. Average age of 18-25.
{Proposition}
A fun one off event that's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Flyers, posters and other promotional ways which will help bring exposure to the event. There is however a budget restriction.
